Not really much to say; the text in middle, will that change? BEcause it looks lost in the middle.

 

Nice background colour, the bright pinky header looks ok on that background.

 

Like I said, not alot to really comment on, add some fake text in,, format it how you want it to look, made some images.. Could be a good site, i reckon

I think you have a great idea for the top part, I think you need to work on the bottom. I think a vertical box to the right would go nice, with different info would look nice. Other than that, you have a great idea going for ya!

On a side note, deliberate or not, i like the way the stars on the .eu flag seem to be orbiting the characters head in the same way they would on a cartoon with someone who has been hit in the head.....'Dizzy'..

 

Clever play on words, or lucky fluke, either way, nice!

I like the fun aspect of the design but I would not use stock images on a site as others may use the same and it will lose its identity.

 

Will the site use html and flash?

just xhtml & css at the moment i'll take your warning on board and not overdo the stock images i was astonished at the prices it went for on istockphoto a hell of a lot cheaper than I expected!

Love the site. An interesting blend of cartoony fun above and seriousness below. Reckon this could work well. I just have a thing about punctuation, though. The left-hand column seems to have too many commas - IMHO. Re-punctuation into three shorter, snappy sentences would read better I think.

I think you need to do something with the middle, as the top stand out a looks really good, but the middle section where your content is doesn't look considered and is quite badly laid out. I am not saying everything needs to compete and jump out at the user, just that it needs something so that it doesn't look so bland and can stand next to the header and not look so poor. Sorry, but if you go for something bold and eye-catching you need to make sure that the content works with tit and yours just looks placed there because it needs to be there.
