Hmm code is a right mess. Use external style sheets and link to them.

No need to use javascript for those things.

Not to sound rude, but almost the site's entire code is a joke. Why on earth do you have 3 opening html tags? I don't think MS Word can produce code this invalid. (although it would be close).

 

Please PLEASE outsource the coding to someone else.

Your text is hard to read because it's right-aligned - I know that you're trying to be different in this regard but I don't think it's working.

 

Also, on your homepage, where you say

All of our details can be found on our contacts page

, why don't you make a link right there to your contacts page rather than have the user look around for the link in the menu.

 

You do need to sort the code out too, it's a bit messy (well, very messy). You need to make sure that it validates.

Don't be dis-heartened with the comments so far, practice makes perfect.

Daniel the copyright blurb at the bottom could do with being in the white area imo
