October 16, 200817 yr Hello all Not been around much lately, so a quick updates for my friends out there and everyone else. Lots of music listening - ska (Specials, The Beat and Selecter), jazz (Art Blakey, Dextyer Gordon, Lou Donaldson, Keith Jarrett etc) and of course Seasick Steve's new LP and EP. Sorted my new turntables - cartridge alignment and tracking forces - old blue note lp's sound truely awesome. Playing far too much FIFA 2009 - PES is officially beaten. Swimming an hour a day, down from 16.5 stone to 15.5 stone, 14 stone by xmas...also follow this up with 3 x 10min sessions in the sauna and/or steam room, coll off and cold shower between each session. Finally finished www.studio9films.co.uk though may change as a flash FMA will include some additions... October 16, 200817 yr Busy man! I love hearing about what everyone's up to. And I'm also glad to see the spread of headcoats - got to get me one! Exciting times - I won't bore you with what I'm up to - I don't have time as I'm off to China in 3 days' time!!!! Hopefully you'll still find time for us here?!!

Rob yep still manage eight hours a night!! you ought to see the speedo deerstalker with builyt in googles. not quite skinny by any stretch yet but clothes are beginning to hang off me a bit and down to last notch on the xxl belt.
