There are some websites that offer "quality traffic", e.g 5000 95% IP unique visitors.

I wonder if such advertising method could affect my PR?

Does google accepts such contecstual links (links with double underline)??

Isn't this spam links/traffic and black hat seo?

I would stay away from these schemes that promise you visitors.

Google finds out.

And what do you want x number of additional users for? Just to inflate your stats or do you want the visitors to actually do something whilst on the site?

you get banned from a number of internet goodies for invlovment with such schemes, adsense being one of them.

These schemes set a "user_ip" tag through a script (posible in php) and click click click, burning bandwidth and a hole in time it self and makes god angry! don't do it.

Join up with Project Wondeful and place banner adds they are pay per day and free on spaces not yet filled. This way you get real visitors and if you have content they may even stay a while.
