Have anyone seen any decrease in the freelancing business due to the downturn in the US and world economy? Or not much change?

Personally, no. The past few months have been busier than ever!

I was thinking a similar thing yesterday, my thoughts were;

Some people have said they just can't afford to take on non standard business ops at the moment

My response is generally, if everyone is struggling, now is the time when you need your website / marketing to stand out most. If everyone else is already cutting budgets then the client should already have an advantage if they are willing to take a chance.

The last couple of months have gone mad for me, am taking bookings for 2009 already!
