To be honet, its hard to tell with the big "DEMO" plastered across it. But it looks to me like it wont work if its made too small. I dont know how much that matters to you, but I think it relies too much on small/intricate detail and colour. If its printed small in monochome, it would be useless.

 

I dont mean to be negative, but I dont think it puts across a strong image and in my eyes looks a little dated. LogoPond is a nice site for viewing lots of logos for inspiration - there are some beautiful logos there. Might be worth taking a look. And trying your logo smaller as you go forward.

 

EDIT: also, be sure to think about the company name itself. You need to make it part of the logo or put it next to the logo to see if it works.
