And I also looking for job...or someone who is intrested in my work. I prefering Flash, and Flash sites with Content Menagment System.

Hi dzeno.

Firstly, I need to say, I don't actually like any of these sites. There's just nothing in there that looked pleasant to the eyes? Or my eyes, anyway.

Also, flash? Srsly? Cmon man, think of the loss of SEO!

Yep, if your wanting job(s), you're going to need to know how to design properly without using flash.

Thanks Daniel...but I must do it a lot better, because for proffessionals this is not so good...so I want to know, in their opinion what i must change in my work to make it pro...i hope there will be help, and suggestions.

Yeah but at the end of the day there are more people who don't have the first idea about websites that will view it than professionals!

Okay, here is my 2 cents on this site. http://www.kunovac.ba/

The colors are a bit too bland (too many greys).

The hexagon effect is overused (though it looks nice).

There should be an option to turn off the music.

The reflected gradient (Grey pipe thing) doesn't look professional.

On the flip side.

The effects that you use look professional.

The transitions are very smooth.

The pictures contrast fairly well.

Overall you're not bad at what you do, there's just a few things which should be changed/added.

in todays web climate all your sites look very dated...that's my opinion.

That annimation was just taken from another site

come on, dont copy other peoples work and pass it as your own!!!

^ To be fair, the 'other' site is a template site, so providing you use it within the restrictions given, you can do what you want with it. :pp

http://www.kunovac.ba/home_eng.html doesn't exist. :(

Flash makes me cry. :(
