What do you guys do to keep up with client info? I really thought a forum (private, of course) would be an easy way. Simply start a topic for each client and add to it as needed. I set it up and password protected the directory as well as turned off viewing for guests and user registration. Is that safe enough? If not, does anyone have any great ideas? I don't want to have to open up Word or Excel every time I need to find something...are there any other great options, preferably web based?

i know of a really good project and client management system.. but it is not finished yet, since i am the producer i should know :)

 

but seriously it could be really good for you, you will be able to add new clients, manage their details etc...
