It was you who recomended Krystal.Co.UK! It's a simple case of the server is to slow, FTP is poo (including SFTP), I think a lot of customers must experience this. It's worst at night than during the day so I'm guessing thats when you do your drive backups (a sensible option)? You really do potentially offer a fantastic service, it would be even better if you could let me access my emails!

Ok, Krystal.co.uk host my web page but I'm damn annoyed at the quality of service I recieve. I can't access my emails and sometimes my website is down. Is Krystal.Co.Uk burning a hole through the floor of my pan!? Come on lads and girls @ Krystal you always give me sound user support advice but my company hinges on your abillity to give me emails and a stable website. Not ranting to much I hope but I need to get some stuff sorted!

So does anybody know why Google searchs for ANYTHING are coming up each time with a 'Warning This Site May Harm Your Computer' link and refuses to take you to the site unless you physically type in the URL in to the search bar? Dave

Hi have been checking search terms in google of how ppl have been getting to my site and somebody has been getting to my site through the search term: www'searchtermA,searchtermB,com I was just wondering why on earth are they seperating the search terms with apostophies and commas? Is this some secret? I know when I want to find sites with my links on it I just type www.vivawebdesign.+co.uk and I get a list of other websites with back links. Can any one help please? Dave

Hi all, starting a few e-commerce sites off and need to find a good hosting company with Linux servers, excellent uptime, mod_rewrite installed and all the usual other bells & whistles, but the first 3 are the most important. Also must be UK based. & offer freindly and reliable customer service. Can anyone point me in the right direction please? Dave
