  1. mouse goes to sleep

    Right click on your mouse and select Properties, click on the Power Management tab. There should an option which reads "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power", make sure there is no check in its box. Thanks for the the reply, dc3 but there is no "power management" tab there!
