Hello everyone! I'm looking forward to getting to know more of you, and contributing to the conversations as and when I can, over the forthcoming weeks and months. I'm a hands-on owner of a small digital agency servicing the UK small business sector, Digiphore, with staff in India, as well as sometimes using freelancers here. I am really interested in how we as a sector can evolve - embracing the many different 'DIY' tools that business owners are turning to (they're not going away), for example by adding an additional layer of service over the top that businesses will value. Oh, as well as an interest in all the usual - design, coding, management and hosting, SEO ... If I'm not in London, you'll find me in Windhoek, Namibia where I live with my wife. I'm embracing remote working so also interested in people's experiences in that space. I am guessing there are a fair few people here already doing that, as well as a few more taking the plunge given recent events ... ... and a passing question for you all ...
