Hmm, I never heard about transition from wp to html. I don't think you can do that. wp contains lots of php and css. You can maybe look for the source code and copied in Dreamweaver. (will help you alot in design). If you know a little HTML and CSS might get the same design as in wp. Good luck! Hi, I developed this e-commerce website with some help from my teacher and I worked to improve the design and add more features.
