You are 100% correct as to say this is not a court room, all I am after is an update on what the work in which we agreed by e-mail and the initial deposit in which I paid. Unfortunately it has came to a public announcement for you to communicate with me. If you are not responding to my e-mails, your telephone contact number on your site does not work, you will not answer or reply to the voicemail left on your mobile phone (which you supplied on your invoice), you will not respond to the private messages I left via this forum and finally no response from a thread on this forum of which you are an active member then what option does this leave me with? If you did have a legitimate reason as to why the work was not completed then I would have listened to you and further arrangements could have been made and as for you to say I have been rude, all I have been after is an update on progress of my project and some sort of contact from you, I have not been rude in anyway whatsoever. Now you have made it clear to me that you are available, I will not be responding to any further posts left on here by yourself, you have my alternative contact details including my trading address. All, I would just like to leave my personal comments about an active member of this forum whom I chose for website work. I can confirm that I have made a initial deposit for work which was agreed and I have not received this work let alone any form of contact from this member explaining why? Luke Terry Creative Design (www.ltcd.co.uk) has now had a number of opportunities to contact me and discuss arrangements but has failed in doing so, therefore I have no option to make this public to ensure no other potential customers suffer from potential capital loss. If this guy contacts me and arranges for my site to be delivered or a refund nothing more will be said. The consequences of him not contacting me will be to make people aware of my dealings with him. Mark

Just to update, the guy in question has logged into this forum today. Therefore he has no reason not to respond to me now and has most definately read my PM asking for him to conatact me. Mark

Sounds about right, but I did provide him with a criteria and he did make agreement. If I do not hear from this guy by 1300hrs tommorrow, I will name and shame and of course lose my £125 deposit. Some of you may be surprised as to whom it is. His business is pasted in every directory going and he has a facebook group and twitter.

His number on website does not work, he will not answer his mobile and i have left a message, he is not responding to email which he did when discussing site and he no longer goes on msn which i have his contact. I only paid £125 and was to pay £125 on completion. I ordered website 9th March and he quoted around 10 days Not alot to some but is alot to me and he agreed to it from my criteria which was sent Mark

Hi there all, I have lately paid a deposit to a guy from this forum for a website which he agreed to develop for me, I have tried contacting him on numerous occasions but unfortunately he is refusing to reply and his contact number on his site does not work. He is active on this forum and shows he was on here yesterday. What do you suggest I do? Mark
