My company currently specializes in web based software development however projects for custom web based software that pay well are few and far between. So I was thinking of setting up a generic web design business as well. My offering would be Wordpress websites that are done cheap using Wordpress templates. I would offer hosting and support plans as well. How many clients would I need before it became sustainable? How much repeat work do you guys generally get off clients? It seems quite a few web design freelances and agencies can just appear to live off the roll over work etc whilst only bringing on a few new clients a year? Is this true?
