  1. Wordpress Hosting, php files and confusion

    Hello, I'm new to this site and to Wordpress. I have a client with a Wordpress site that I am going to redesign in Adobe Muse. However the hosting has expired and I need the site live until the new one is finished. The old web designer hosted the site himself, he has sent me 3 main files- htdocs, cgi bin and logs with more content in them. I had access to Wordpress but he says that is not available any more. I'm trying to upload these files through 123 reg and i'm getting 403 errors. I feel like a total idiot and have googled but I'm not sure what to do to get this sorted. Any input greatly appreciated.
