    The first one looks the most clean and modern. But the letters need to be in a darker color so you can read it. The second logo doesn't look good on a screen. The colors are too harsh

    Very good looking website Maybe you could change the first three games with the 'popular games' part. This will make more sense because the popular games are supposed to be the first thing you see in my opinion. You can also add arrows to navigate between the 'popular games' so you can show more than just 3 games.

    If you want make a good looking website, I would also recommend Photoshop. But if you want to focus more on web developing, it's not a must have. Also, there are many people who believe designing in the browser (without other programs) is the future.
