We are looking for a reliable and customer focused replacement developer for our website (developed with Silverstripe), for now and future projects. We are also considering changing our host for an existing commercial website in the UK. Does anyone have any recommendations? Reliability is key and servers must be in the UK. No...supposed to be getting 1 year of fanatical support included. Had the same problem with the sitemap, ended up having to pay to get that sorted too.

We've had a website developed using Silverstripe, but have some concerns. We've discovered some issues several months after the website went live 1) The main pages have no Meta Titles, or input box to insert them, but instead have Page Names which also place a H1 heading on the page. Not ideal as we should be able to put our own headings as part of the content. Yet sub pages of one of the main pages have an input box for Meta Titles which is ideal for SEO purposes. 2) Looking at the source code of all pages, we seem to have 2 Meta Descriptions, one is remmed out, which just happens to be the desired one on important sub pages. After paying for this we're expected to pay again to put this right after being told by the developer that the website is not configured correctly. Should this have been done properly in the first place as Meta Titles and Meta Descriptions are a fundamental part of any website IMO? Any advice welcome - thanks

The sitemap is now updated, although we had to pay for it. IMO it should have been done when the sitemap was created.

No it works with all major browsers, but IE 8 and above only. It's in the FAQ under viewing experience. I'm using the same version of FF and it's fine. What's not working on it?

NFC are you saying the Booking Form on the front page doesn't work? If so what are you testing it on e.g. browser and version, etc.
