I usualy position my elements with text-align, if it's text or margin(s). I guess I should start using float also? Can I get answer on my other questions please.

Here are all my questions: 1. I'm not sure what I actually want to be, I'm interested in UX/UI/Web Design and front end developement.. So should I prsent myself like UX/UI designer only and just put my web design work in portfolio or? My friend say me that real money is in UX so? 2. I want to build my portfolio site, should I go with my full name? I got that suggestion from person that is in this industry for long time, I personaly don't like using my full name. But if that is best solution then I will do it! My goal for next few years is to be UX/UI designer for some startup, I know it won't be easy tho 3. Responsive design, I just got seriously into web design recently so I thought that only way to build responsive site is with some framework I think about learning responsive web design without using any framework, I belive that is must for anyone who want to get seriously into this, could you give me some good site/yt channel for learning responsive web design without framework? 4. When I give some element float, does that mean that it can go over some other element? I know that float is used for positioning elements.. I will add more questions when I remember... Thanks guys!

anyway guys, I got problem with one preload progressbar that I want to add to my site.. it works completly, only problem is while it loads that background be completly white, here is css code http://pastebin.com/HKQsj9x6 what I should do?
