Hello Today I released a new website called FileChange, great file converter tool. It allows you to change format of files online. What do you mean "unhappy"? Have you tried to contact the customer and trying to make him "happy" and satisfied? Talk with him, check how you can make things up, and next time - write an agreement between you and the customer before you start to work..
