I agree that varying the design is the best solution for it.In Finland country i use to be an project manager and we handle different kind of issue which this one is we encounter too including some issue on crm ,For sure this one is already fix cause the first comment was really helpful.

The log seem really look nice but it think it is better if you put more some according to what is website it but then it is really nice.I just remember some user interface design which i am truly amazing cause it is quite simple but look very nice.

I think you have a pretty good idea on using CRM software and it is really helpful.In Finland i also use to do projektinhallinta or project management and using crm software was really seem a good idea which i notice will be a good tools rather than using cloud base services.
