Hi Vim is a text editor, I looked at it with a graphical user interface ie dreamweaver. That showed lots of unused frames cluttering your page. Ive tried to identify them and cut them out of your code but the whole page went funny. I suggest you try starting the build again. Sorry cant be of much more help Juton

Looking at your layout in a gui editor shows you have empty frames that are cluttering up your page and overlapping, try getting rid of these.
