  1. I think it looks a bit cheap, no offence! - For starters, use another font for the main text, a simple Verdana or Arial should be enough already. - The font you are using for the subtitle (wine bar and restaurant) don't match the font of the other titles and navigation (I guess the navigation is the condensed version of the titles?). - Also use more line height in your main text. - Try using borders for your pictures or a subtle (custom) shadow. - The arrows from your slider are a bit cheap and the shadow is too forced.   3. Responsiveness is quite good, the only thing I would change is the space between each page/container. And why making a top navigation and the navigation on the top? Design is a bit boring I think, it's all very "boxed".
