    I know there is the pinned topic up there, but I don't really have time to read through all the descriptions right now. Besides, I'm not even sure what I'm looking for exists. Basically I'm trying to find an open source CMS that will allow people to register an account and then post content (most likely an image with some text), much like Twitter. I assume something like this is not available, at least not for free, due to the nature of the system and it's similarity to most social media sites, but if there is anything out there that may be useful please let me know.
