Copying the whole or part of the post here would be making it duplicate content and even though you are linking to the source it is difficult for google and it can be considered duplicate content which would do more harm to than good.
 
If you want to get readers to your blog then posting a gist of the post with the link to the original post is the right way to go about it.

It wouldn't be considered if you go beyond the character limit. However, if you stuff keywords in it then it may harm you.

There is no in-built functionality in Twitter as such for handling multiple account. But you can use TweetDeck, Hootsuite, or Buffer to doing this.

Contact the owner of the domain and see how it works out. You may get a good quote if at all it is available for sale.

What problem are you facing exactly. You do not have the right product, sufficient traffic or is it simply that users abandon carts? Once you know the main problem then only you can find the right solution for it.
