Hi
I have been doing some reading on the EU cookie law. I do not understand if we have to or if we do not have to provide a request for, in the form of a pop up button thingy, to ask the vistor if they are happy with using cookies on our site.
I have found a great Aduit tool from attacat who have a great questionare tool in which to generate the word that we could use for a cookie page off a privacy page. However I still do not understand if I have to have legally a button for a visitor to click. Below I have list what we are using cookies for and what we are not using cookies for.
Our cookies help us:

We do not use cookies to:
Collect any personally identifiable information (without your express permission)
Collect any sensitive information (without your express permission)

Any help welcome.
