  1. Ok thank you, my girlfriend knows my plans and she is fine with it. So should be ok
  2. I was banned in December 2011. No I do not pay for that I just have cheap as chips broadband with talk talk. And yes my bank details were in the original ad-sense account. But never in the new one.
  3. Sorry think I'm confusing you. 1st account got banned with all my normal details. opened a new account last week so I could monetize my youtube videos, I used a 100% different address, used my name and I used the same computer. Never put in any financial details. What I'm saying is the only way they would know the accounts were linked would be my IP surely?
  4. What did they track then to ban me? Because it cant of just been my name, because then everyone with my name would be banned...
  5. Nope, no bank details in putted. Just my name and a completely different address. So they must of flagged up my IP.
  6. Domain has never had adsense on it. Or linked to an account as it is a new website.
  7. What do you think about me putting her code on my website? Will it matter my details are the registrar in a who is look up?
  8. So you think I don't have to do anything?
  9. Because google will cross compare all the account details, IP's that are associated etc with other accounts.
  10. I am aware of this, Thanks for the reply guys! How do I go about resetting my computer identity then? Or is that not possible?
  11. The adsense team wont ever reinstate me I have pretty much accepted that, Say I do get my girlfriend to open the account. How will I wipe clean my computer so I can't be tracked? Delete cookies, cache, reset IP anything else? also obviously never log in to a Google account again which can be associated.
  12. Basically I got banned from ad sense last year as my business partner decided to click all the ads himself thinking he was doing us a favour... This was after I had already used ad sense previously on a blog and I had always conformed to the rules. I applied for a youtube monetization recently and It got banned straight away as they linked me to the previous account. I am pretty mad that I am blacklisted for ever now and yes I don't speak to my business partner any more! Does anyone see a problem with my girlfriend opening the you tube account and using her own details on the adsense as well? Also I might eventually put adsense on my website so would it be ok to put her code on also or should I transfer the domain to her so they believe she owns it to be on the safe side?
  13.    NitroPhysix reacted to a post in a topic: My website - How to tackle EU cookie law?
  14. Added this, they click accept and it remembers and never shows again. If they click more info redirects to my privacy policy page and they can learn how to disable cookies. Think its ok?
  15. I have just built my first website which is fitness and body building themed. After doing research into what I need to disclose etc. I cam across the EU cookie law. At the moment all I have is a privacy policy which can be found in the website footer. Its quite extensive and I hope it cover everything, Is this enough to conform with the law or do I need to have a check box that pops up when people first visit the site? - Id rather not do that if it is not essential. I can link to my policy if required. Richard
