    I have just built my first website which is fitness and body building themed.
     
    After doing research into what I need to disclose etc. I cam across the EU cookie law.
     
    At the moment all I have is a privacy policy which can be found in the website footer.
    Its quite extensive and I hope it cover everything, Is this enough to conform with the law or do I need to have a check box that pops up when people first visit the site? - Id rather not do that if it is not essential.
     
    I can link to my policy if required.
