I've been with Heart Internet as a Reseller for over 6 years now and I haven't really had any issues technically with them as their support is second to none, i.e. top notch. However they misrepresent their prices, especially when it comes to their reseller account. They add VAT and direct debit charges on top which they do not mention anywhere on their website. Also they don't mention any of their prices on their website and they lure you in with their £1 hosting for 1 month feature. I looked everywhere on their site and there is no mention of the actual costs involved. However when I took out the account they did mention it, but now they are getting bigger, they don't seem to want to bother so it seems they are trying to hide it or maybe they are ashamed of their prices. They also increased their reseller account price by another £5 per month which blooming annoyed me. Their excuse was that they reduced their add-on prices to compensate for this and those add-on's I would never use. I have to say they were quite rude about this and I was totally unhappy with them. So overall I am unhappy with them and they don't seem to see you as a loyal customer. I am actually thinking of moving away from them, but easier said than done as I have clients hosted by them. So really I'm stuck with them for now until I see an easier way out, which hopefully would be soon. I don't really recommend them. And another note, when a client of mine registers a domain through Heart Internet and I want to host it on my reseller account, it cannot be done unless I transfer the domain name to my reseller account which I did not want to do, meaning I have to take control of that domain and receive the money from the client and I wanted to steer away from that. Heart Internet are taking the p%$$ and are holding their customers by the b@!!$.
