I think font is too small and all colours are too dark as for me but I like the picture at all

We use online project management service (worksection.com) in our company but I am not sure it want you need... It helps share tasks between few staffs and manage few projects if you are working with in the same time. It has some trial period to use as I remember so you can try

I hate sites where there are few frames and each of them has their own scroll bar. And I hate horizontal scroll too – when you need to use it left-right-left-rigdht for every new string... For internet shop – when you want to see bigger picture, click for small one and have one more in THE SAME size in new window....
