  1. You could use visual web developer express to manage your html and css, its what i would recommend and its free
  2. What level are you hoping to get too, i.e. would you like to learn full scripting languages, database connections .net (c# or vb), graphic design etc..., or just clean correct html and css also, how much time per week will you want these lessons, what are your reasons for learning (new career or to help with your current jobs website? etc...) Sorry for all the questions, may help other get an understanding, or i may be able to help : )
  3. Jason is correct above, you could post a few sample urls (i.e. the full url for a page before and after) for confirmation to be on the safe side (unless they are identical then no need)
  4. sorry, im confused, where is the spam in this thread?
  5. I would agree with Rallport here, paypal intergration is very easy, if you login to paypal you should see some options to create buttons and carts and just need to copy/paste the generated code to your site.
  6. Hello, I have created a test page and two style sheets (body background is red for screen and blue for handheld) This doesnt work on either my windows 7 phone or iphone (shows as red which is the background i set for non mobile devices) http://www.treendsolutions.co.uk/test/testtwo.htm These are the tags I used, please view source on the test pages for html <link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="screen.css" media="Screen" /> <link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="mobile.css" media="handheld" /> Thank you for any help Darren
  7. Thanks guys, seems i just need to be carefull going in making sure the site mentions nothing of the extra services (but suggestive images would make things clear) Is there someone I could call first to be sure this is fine (local authority for example?)
  8. wow, first time i have used this forum and just four mins later i have a response, very impressed, will certainly be coming back here Thanks Mike that makes sense, just need to make sure i dont mention anything about the other services
  9. Not sure where to go on this Can anyone point me in the right direction, maybe who to call to confirm this is fine or that i will not be at risk of doing anything illigal I have had a client come forward who wants a site built for a massage parlour and he has made it clear that its not just massage that will be offered. I know this will not be obvious on the clients site (other than the images) however my concern is will i get into any bother for building this? or am i not liable for anthing??? who should i call to check this, would it be the police? or some sort of advice line?
