But if we take your way of totaling up the value, which is correct for initially sorting the form, we may have the following situation WWLLL = 2+2+0+0+0 = 4 LLLWW = 0+0+0+2+2 = 4 LLWWL = 0+0+2+2+0 = 4 The total would not give us any particular order, though the order of form should be WWLLL LLWWL LLLWW With those winning most recently coming out on top. any ideas?

Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone could help me with this problem. I've been scratching my head for a while with this one. So in sport you'll have a teams current form of Win Loss Draw Draw Win (WLDDW) for example. What I'm trying to do is order my results from the database by those who currently have the best form. So my results would be in order of form Team D - WWWLL Team E - LWDLL Team B - LDWLL Team C - WLLLL Team A - LLLLD Does anyone have any ideas? Many thanks

Wheres the best place to go for learning how to incorporate a blog into your own website in wordpress. Trying to initially get your head around it is a bit confusing. Do you have to design your site from scratch again just to make a template? ...So far I have my website in html,css & I've downloaded wordpress, and the starkers theme

Hi guys Newcomer to the forums, I've been lucky enough to get an informal interview later this week with a local web design company. I've been in to see them, to ask for work experience but I know they are currently looking for a junior web developer, and they may be considering me for the position. Anyway, the problem is I've been asked to go back in for an informal chat and to bring some work along with me. I'm self taught and have studied through css, javascript, jquery, php, mysql and photoshop but don't have much experience or much to show for it. All I have is an online portfolio, demonstrating html and css. I've done a design mockup in photoshop for a local volunteer company. And a few other random photoshop sketches. So I'm wondering what do I do in the next four days, because I would really like to impress them, but haven't really got much apart from having a basic understanding of the languages, being passionate and willingness to learn. Any advice would be muchly appreciated, thanks guys Gary
