So it has come to the point in my career where I want/need to add another skill to my CV. I can currently development, PHP web applications, HTML, CSS, javascript, and Backbone. I know want to develop iOS apps (iPhone/iPad no need for Mac). Where do people suggest I start? I taught myself all my skills on the job, but from I have a been told objectiveC have much bigger learning curve than say PHP or javascript. Hello, I am full time employed but at the end of March 2011 I registered as a sole trader, I realise that a self assesment tax return is required by the end of January, but do I just pay tax on anything that I earnt between March 2011 and April 6th 2011, and then anything after that is paid next year? If someone could explain how it all works that would be great thank you!

Hello, I have a tax question, I work full time as a web developer, but in my free time I also freelance (since April/May 2011). In the period of time since April/May 2011 to now I have made around £4k from freelancing. What I want to know is how do I go about paying tax on this money? Do I need to do self assessment online? If so what kind of details do I need to provide? Also would I be liable to pay the tax in full, or can I pay it off monthly? Can anyone calculate how much tax I am looking at paying. Many Thanks

It is only vista that is having a problem with the site, windows XP + 7 IE8 working fine, vista and IE8 website is cacked.

I do not support IE6 so that is no worry, I have managed to target the error, there should now be an alert that alerts some javsacript or undefined.

Certainly do, I am pretty sure that it is a Vista OS IE 8 problem, as I cannot replicate it any where else. So infuriating.

Hello, I have implemented a horizontal accordion on one of my website, however the client is saying that it is not working, from the screenshots they have sent I can see that they are using Windows Vista and IE8, I myself I am using MAC OSx and Firefox 6, but my test machine is windows 7 and IE9, I was hoping someone could take a look the site, and let me know what errors IE8 is finding, as it is loading but "done, with errors on page".
