Hey guys, I always go on websites and see boxes. Normal as a side bar or as different text areas. A lot of sites have backgrounds with a curved, round corner rather than the standard square and rectangle pointy edges. Is this done simple as a background image someone has created, or is there a comand I can type on my CSS that will alow this presentation?

Apologies if this has already been covered, but what exactly is a CMS? what exactly do is it used for in other words and how does it intergrate with a site I am making. I have been asked to make a site for a guy I know, who wants to have an area where he can update shows and galleries he is doing. Can this make it so he just has to add something without even looking at the HTML? or am i completly missing the point... The curiosity came about when I was reasearching website information and this kept coming up, I'v downloaded Joomla, but have no idea what to do with it.

Hey, Im not very good at the graphics or drawing, but I do a part time computer course. This way I can learn and also try and gain the valuable experience by doing freelance stuff. I can do the technical side, make menus put things in the right place, but I can not make good drawings. A good way to learn is to use the w3 website like others suggest, but also check out videos on you tube. Just remember everyone has there own way of doing anything.
