    Don't panic, google may just need to re-index them. As long as your descriptions and metas are OK all should revert back to normality.

    It's incredibly easy if your keyword isn't very popular. Infact most of the time you can get to page 1 simply by having the keywords in your domain!

    No real experience, however it is a fairly black hat method which can be fine most of the time. It is similar to SEnuke, probably not as powerful though.
