  1. The theory of term link popularity goes something like this: The search engine Powers That Be have decided that if other sites are linking to your site, it must be a winner; therefore, it deserves a boost in rankings (when all else is equal). If you think about it, this makes a lot of sense. People link to good sites, not bad ones.
  2. This has no javascript consequently will work in all main browsers etc apart from the float left function which you may want to include inline rule as well which will make it employment on older versions.
  3. I suppose you're going to have to use query to do that as you're going to override/add to what the browser will do. Then again if you're pulling the information from a database.

  9. "Sticky footer" which doesn't use position: fixed. It stays at the bottom of a page which has little content above, but stays below the substance if there is a lot of substance and you scroll to see it. Look at
  10. I want to be talented to make the whole page scroll upwards by scrolling by mouse etc not auto scroll. So for example on this topic on the forum, i want my page to start at the bottom of the page and then the user would scroll up.
  11. lightboxes are beautiful good quality. Although personally I'd prefer (as a user) to have one which has earlier and Next controls - makes it easier than opening one, closing it, opening another, etc.
  12. There must be a way surrounding this little bit of coding. The thing what gets me is a few lines above is valid yet its more or less the similar
  13. I think it's a good quality idea to use some CSS3 features, but test the chief browsers to see that the page looks OK if the CSS3 feature doesn't employment, ie degrades well (usually in IE).
  14. Found out from the hosting company that they disallow 301 redirects so i will need to find an additional way completely to do the redirection.
  15. Take a look at the internet of what kind of stuff people had in the 80's or 90'r. Especially around which time was this and that a hype.
