  1. If you want to increase traffic on your website add a blog in your website and write unique post daily and submit this post into social networking website like digg, SU, Reddit, twitter, facebook. You need to make a big network in all social website to get traffic.

  9. No dear i don't think that would be legal.also base64 isn't an encryption method, it's an encoding only.
  10. It is good for seo purpose when search engines frequently visit your site and index your content but often there are cases when indexing parts of your online content is not what you want...
