Hi, I am in need of a multiple random image rotator. I have a full page of 120px X 100px logos across the whole screen, what i want to do is when the page is refreshed the logos rotate around the screen randomly, so one logo is not in the same position all the time. Also cant duplicate the logos, therefore the logo cannot be repeated on the screen? Can anyone help me here? I thought it might be as simple as a bit of jquery giving the div all the logo's are contained in a class, then when refreshed it just mixes them all up randomly? Every tutorial i have tired only takes into consideration ONE image being displayed on the screen! Cheers

I am after re creating the slidedown panel menu from the top of the page that Groupon has where you can select deals by area? I want it so when you click on it, the menu pushes the page down rather than overlapping of the top of it? Any ideas?

AWESOME!!!! Just upgraded to latest version of the WP-TOTAL-CACHE plugin and my site doesnt work WTF!!!! Any ideas?

Here is the preview link from WP-Total-Cache HERE This shows 91% and load time of 5.75 secs. Whereas the direct URL HERE Seems to have much poorer results? In the backend it says everything enabled etc? Still rubbish load times etc

I have just had a look at my wp-total-cache plugin settings for my site now, and it says it is enabled?

Got wp-total-cache installed. but not sure if its making a difference or not. Possibly got it setup wrong. Im not too sure of all the settings though! Using that tool i got: - THESE RESULTS Looking at them, seems to be my images that take time to load as well as the addthis share buttons on the site? cheers guys

Cheers for the plugin link mate, ill get that installed today. Problem with the plugins is it generates the code files for all the plugins even when most of them are not used for the homepage and other pages. For example:- Tabs plugin Star Rating plugin Lightbox page navi etc etc All these are not used on the homepage but the js/css files are all still there slowing down the site!!! Anyway to get around this?

Thanks for the suggestions. All of my styles are in my style.css however its all the different plugins putting in extra css and js references. The site uses a lot of plugins. It more the posts that load slowly, such as clicking on the navigation on the left and selecting photographers etc. Will look to reduce the images though, that is large for such a small background image. Thanks :-)

Do you guys think the wedding site in my sig is too slow to use and any suggestions how to improve this?

Hi, Just wanted to ask if upgrading from 3.0.4 to 3.3 will have any knock on effects regarding plugins etc. My site is running pretty slow and thought it might have something to do with the version of Wordpress. Only issues i have are that the Theme has a lot of customisations to the comments.php using GD Star Rating Plugin which is the main feature of the site, and dont want to loose anything or break it. The site is the wedding site in my sig. Cheers

Hi, Yesterday we were all told that 1 in 3 people out of 232 staff are being got rid of before Christmas! Finally coming to terms with this, i need to get my CV done, my question is this: - If i design websites in my free time (PB Web Design) see in my Sig and i am applying for a job in a company do i include my web design site link within my CV or will this go against me as it might be seen as a competitor - even though i make pocket money from it and its a hobby? The company want to see examples of commercial work and an online portfolio, but im unsure whether i should add my link in? Or just create another site demonstrating my work / online cv style website? Also any advice on CV would be great too lol. Its been 5 years since ive done it! Thanks Paul

Dont want to waste more money on recorded post just yet lol. Ill give email a go a few more times! So if i was to email him now, what would you say? I wana say im pi55ed off, i just want the site finished and i wana be paid. But i want to write it professionally and in a nice way lol, if thats possible! I am very persistent so hopefully he will cave in!

Cheers for the advice, However i dont even think he's ar5ed about his site, when i met him to go through some changes ages ago he was asking me if i wanted to take over the running of it lol because he doesnt have the time. So i dont think he cares. I will email him again today, and just say ive been very patient, i want to get the site finished for both parties and get my final payment, £185 is quiet a lot of money to me, especially when its only the text that needs adding. If not ill take his site down (not that he will care i dont think). It would probably cost me more money than its worth seeking legal advice for the sake of £185.
