  1. If I am looking for blogging software then it is WordPress. I f I need a full blown CMS then I would recommend Concrete 5 (www.concrete5.org). It's open source and very easy to create custom templates for. The real reason that I like it so much is that my less tech savvy clients are able to pick up how to create pages in it very quickly and that helps to engender trust with them. The only drawback I have found is that some of the CSS is not very validation friendly. However, overall I would prefer it to Joomla, Drupal etc. Mike
  2. Hi My name is Mike and I have been working in web design and programming for just over 10 years. I am just in the process of setting up as a freelancer. I am looking forward to learning some new techniques and gaining tips from you all and maybe I can rediprocate a little by helping some of you too. I hope I get to know some of you over the next few months. Mike
