It isn t so bad. But I have few things to it. The first I saw is large empty spaces, the sites has got a lot of empty spaces and colors should maybe have more saturation tones. Other next thing is menu. Menu should be one of the important things on the site, for that why do you design your menu so small? (households, giveaways etc.)The Last thing is your sites has got any ideas and at first it look so boring, you should add some img with houses, some grass for nice atmosphere etc you want, just design it! that s all what I want told you. Apologize for my english:)

the logo looks too blurry - sharpen up those edges and use a gradient on the right hand side bits not that blurred effect
 
line height needs increasing on the share/sell pages

My advice is to lose the buttons as well. All in all,i think i think its quite simple and easy to navigate, but im not sure i like background on main property search box-i dont think it goes good with blue at the top.

If I'm honest the Googleads just make the site look amateurish. Do you see Righmove using Googleads? Of course not if you want to present a professional image don't use ads, especially on property site.

I think the design is fine, you just cramped far too many ads from google in there. You only need one set per page, you don't need some at the side and some at the bottom.

looks clean and simple, only complaint is that it lacks emphasis, everything is so small.
also the curves of your boxes are not uniform to each other.

It is set out well and seems easy enough to use, the only complaint is the text on the main page when selecting a house. The 'choose from thousands of households'... it just doesn't suit. it might be the changing of many colors but I think that could be changed. It might by my network blocking images or too many people on at once but the buttons after you scrolled off them didnt' change color for a while. Apart from that, they just went the same color as the background they were over but I feel this may be my connection atm being stupid...
 
Other then that it looks really good you should be pleased with how it turned out!
