  1. Depends on is it public or personal communication. IF there is more that 50 people are able to read the users message, and site is not adult/gaming/men oriented, then you might CONSIDER using simple whole-word filter for small set of certain 4-letter words. But for all other cases, option to "ignore" user is working much better.
  2. Do not send "png fix" to IE6, as it severely impacts performance, and most possibly, the poor people, who still have IE6, also have very old computers.
  3. offtopic: You cannot say bad things about Photoshop (CS2 and lower) and not get accused in trolling. Its a great tool, and one of the best software lines ever existed. Though, yes, CS4 is bloated and overpriced. ontopic: Dreamweaver is ok for coding if you are noob and don't plan or wish to learn any further. but if you do - then check Aptana or NetBeans
  4. In Asia market share of IE6 is still very big, but in other regions we finally see it dying.
  5. Gumbar was just the first of them. Check http://www.unmaskparasites.com/ and their blogs for some scary details on topic. Becasue since late 2009 we can see increasing numbers of hijacks, either through holes in popular free blog engines, and through various ftp access hacks.
  6. I always use the latest version. So - Opera 10.10 right now.
