WordPress is definitely easier to use then Joomla. I hated the way you couldnt just delete everything off it straight away and then added what you wanted instead of having loads of Joomla links which you cant seem to find when you try and delete them. Its hard to work your way around it but you just need to play with it a bit and then its pretty easy. I found it really confusing at first, but then I played about and just tried some stuff and then I realised what does what and stuff like that. Mine turned out good and I got a nice template and everything, its just not as good as a normal website I could make.

I understand embedding Flash, but, wouldnt putting the embed code into the HTML code which is produced, wouldnt it just move one of the sliced images aside and make the images unaligned kinda?

I know how to make flash components but I have a flash menu and a slideshow for my portfolio, but I was wondering how to put it into the design. Because ive made my site in Photoshop using the slices and saving as HTML and images, id then usually import it into FrontPage and then publish to the web. Although doing it this way, it obviously saves the web page as little images and then puts them all into place so im not too sure about how id actually go about putting a search bar in or putting the flash menu/portfolio in. If you could help id be grateful.

Hello there, I just finished the homepage for a website of mine which has been made using Photoshop and the layer slice tool, but I was wondering how I go about adding maybe a search bar, flash elements and maybe even a shopping cart/check out? Thanks in advance.
