Hi there. I am working with a client, who we shall fictitiously call 'isellbikes.com'. This is there domain. Another person registered the domain 'isellbikes.co.uk' but has agreed to release the domain so my client will own the .com and .co.uk version. My query is that I don't understand what I need to do to capture the domain. What information do I need to give them so they can transfer this domain to my client? I had a phone call with the person and they asked who my clients registrar is. My client got the isellbikes.com domain when they signed up to Talk Talk Business and took out website hosting. I'm not sure who Talk Talk uses as a registrar. Sorry I have never dealt with a domain transfer before but could someone take me through the steps that need to be taken to accept a domain which is being released. P.S. I am just worried that the domain is released and someone else might grab it before we do. Thanks for any advice.

Hi guys, I'm styling up a vertical 2 level navigation menu for a client website and I am having difficulty with the hover event for a parent li. 'About Us' and 'Services' both have a class of 'parent' as they contain a sub-menu ul. When I hover over the parent li I have changed it's background to be black and when the parent a within it is hovered over the link changes to white. However when my mouse leaves the parent to enter the sub-menu li the link goes back to it's default black. I need the parent a to remain white when my mouse enters the sub menu. I'm not sure how to achieve this. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Here is the site link: http://88.208.204.29/

I came across this website the other day and was impressed with the functionality of the 'Work' section. http://kiskolabs.com/ If you click any of the links in the work section, a modal style window displays an image gallery. What intrigues me is that each work example division isn't visible, seems to occupy the same space and position on the page. But when you click on a client it brings their work to the forefront of the screen in a jquery expand style function. I would like to recreate this effect for my portfolio website. Does anyone know of a tutorial that could teach me this, or could anyone give me a few pointers as to how to achieve this wonderful effect. Cheers for any help.

Hi guys. I am looking to create a Parallax scrolling website. I have found the LayerSlider plugin which looks to be very good. http://kreaturamedia.com/layersliderwp/ The demo slider is only 1000px by 500px high. To me the main usage of this looks to be a banner animated slider. I'm wondering if this could be used to scroll between much larger slides which would represent whole screens or sections on a website. E.g. A full screen slide for Home, Portfolio and Contact etc. The website that showcases excellent Parallax is found here http://www.ok-studios.de/home/ Has anyone used this plugin? I am looking for a plugin that could me the Parallax effect for Wordpress, as I don't currently know anything about this technique or how to achieve it with my own code. Or could anyone send me in the direction of a good Parallax tutorial? Thanks for any feedback.

Hi guys, I am using the twenty eleven theme which I have been developing into a custom theme. I am using the Search widget in my sidebar. However when I search for something, nothing is found. I don't even get a message saying nothing has been found. Could someone test this for me please and see if they know what the problem is please? OK thanks for the reply. I'll try using the new API and see how I get one. Ideally all I want to be able to do is have the Overlay invisible, but to show when I click on the Pin. I gather this can be done with the new API?

Hi guys, I have a google map on my website. The speech bubble which shows the address is partially obscured as it is outwith the iframe. I tried changing the width and height of my iframe but that doesn't help. Is there any way I can set the position of the address icon in my iframe so the address box can be seen? Hi guys, I'm currently building a demo site for a client and they wish the user to be able to drag and rearrange the items in the sidebar on the working demo site. The sidebar contains various different elements and they want the user to be able to customize the layout of the sidebar from the front end. I don't know if this is possible but is there and way of making this happen. I've attached an image of the sidebar for people to see what I am talking about. For instance, the user might like to drag Video to be below Interests. Thanks for any help. I'm pushed on time for this so any ideas on a quick way to do this would be really helpful.

I have found the error that was causing the search finder module to not work poperly. I hadn't closed a hyperlink further up the page before my search box, so when I clicked on each dropdown option they were acting as a link. I just closed this offending link and my search function now works. Cheers for the suggestion in the previous thread but thankfully didn't have to update the module.

Someone on the Drupal forum enlightened me as to the error. I hadn't closed a hyperlink above this element which meant the following text rendered as a link. Schoolboy error, I'm ashamed lol.

Hi guys. I have created a Block and my Body Content consists of a single sentence. However the browser renders the content as a link, which is what I want to happen. Hi guys. I am looking to upgrade my PC on a budget. So instead of getting a new mobo I am just going to max out the one I have as it will still give me a half decent machine to work with. I have an Acer Aspire X3200 which currently has an AMD Phenom™ X3 triple-core processor installed. I am wishing to upgrade my processor to an AMD X4 quad-core processor. I can't remember what type of board I have but I think both processors utilize an AM2+ socket which is what my motherboard has. Does anyone know if I am correct in thinking that my machine can take an AMD X4 processor? Thanks for any help guys.
