so regarding the terms etc found at the bottom of most pages, do you use a generic piece of copy for every design and just replace the company title? Or do you use the companies terms and condtions and write stuff regarding the sites terms in the privacy policy? im confused! Thanks again!

A guy wants me to do him a website similar to his other business site here, the new website will also be a hotel/spa: http://www.sospagreece.com How much do you think I should quote him? Bearing in mind he has forms and a newsletter opt in which he wants in his new site also. Im quite new to the business side of things and just wondered a few things: I notice a lot of sites have links to terms and conditions of the site and privacy policy etc?? - is this mandatory to websites of this nature? Any guidance would be great

Im starting my portfolio site and I am thinking of making a bold statement by using a full image as my background. Im just unsure of the best file size/type - im guessing it will be a jpeg but just not sure of the optimal way to implement it? I have found a stock image I am going to purchase for the website, would i be best buying the highest res image I can get using photoshop to then modify the filetype size etc? And help will be much appreciated! Cheers guys - cool site by the way
