I’m looking to get feedback on my website, which is a purely e-commerce platform offering printing services specifically for United Kigdom:

https://iyouprint.co.uk/.

Our goal is to expand and eventually target a global audience.

We’d appreciate any suggestions on how we can improve the website, especially regarding its design and user-friendliness. Any insights would be greatly valued!

You have already asked this question on 6 November.

You are not UK wide and you won't ever get global reach.

Many of the issues that existed on 6 November still exist. The main one being the lack of visibility of the products. They are way down the homepage (below the fold).

And you still don't have a believable address.

I've now had a much closer look at your order forms. There were designed for you not the potential client. When you have options you are assuming I know what they mean. What is the visual difference between matt, gloss, laminated, embossed, silk etc? What does 2 sets mean?

I like the use of colours! I think that looks really nice.

From a first glance, it's so busy. It needs spacing out a lot more. Think about what the main points you want your users to see are. Make sure to include important things above the fold and links to where they can get more information. Good inspiration sites for websites are dribbble.com, mobbin.com, and awwwards.com! Browse and take inspiration from similar websites, as they will have been made for a purpose.

Here is a good example! https://www.moo.com/uk/postcards?gad_source=1&gclid=Cj0KCQiAhbi8BhDIARIsAJLOluc2Pl_GBUVuL-xy_rNpfOzYrVdKt9iASDX69pvnDvp7p8wCxabLLtwaAhrgEALw_wcB

See how it's nice and clean, not cluttered and has CTAs above the fold to direct users to relevant places.

Great start, I reckon with a few tweaks this website will seem much more professional and readable.
