December 12, 20241 yr Hello, My site is i run a venue business based out of harrow and this is my website https://www.blue-room.co.uk/ We get decent traffic but the website conversions are poor. We have listed different types of events and weddings are the most profitable for us. Do you think i should add more sub pages about individual events to give potential customers more information? Generally what else can be done to improve the site overall? Any suggestion and feedback is hugely appreciated. Thanks.
December 12, 20241 yr Why so complicated? Get rid of that dreadful drag thing and show me some pictures of people having fun. Where are all the galleries of previous parties? Where are the testimonials? What is a sports venue? Do you have big screens showing live football? Are you a restaurant or an events location? Maybe you need two websites: one for the restaurant and another for the party venue. It's just a very confusing website - I'm not at all sure who or what you are targeting. Whatever you do don't let Jai Maa Vaibhav Laxmi anywhere near the website as they haven't got a clue what they are doing.

December 12, 20241 yr Go right back to basics and think about your prospective customers. What are they looking for? Where are they lookming? What are their expectations? What sort of marketing plan do you have? Are you for example visible on local directories where brides are looking for venues? Are you posting about all the fun events on social media? Do you have a GBP? Are all your diners made aware they can book the place for a party? I can't even see any pictures of the venue on the site. Is it the same room as the restaurant?

To boost conversions, consider: Adding clear CTAs (e.g., "Book a Tour" or "Get a Quote"). Including testimonials, galleries, and videos for each event type. Highlighting pricing options or packages. Improving mobile responsiveness and loading speed. Using a chatbot for instant inquiries. These changes can make your site more engaging and customer-focused. Edited January 14, 20251 yr by sheetgb
