Used to use them but they aren't that much use anymore. Far simpler to just use an existing theme/template and adapt.

Instead of searching for hours for a specific plugin, you can use AI Integration (The Designer’s Assistant) in Figma. AI now helps in identifying inconsistent elements and suggesting they be converted into global Component Sets.
