i wish to know how much if cost to create a discussion forum on e-commerce and how i can manage it.

what are the impacts of it .

It'll cost as much as you're willing to spend.

 

Things to consider:

 

1) Domain name

2) Hosting

3) Forum software

 

etc. etc.

what is it that you are trying to achieve? Specifically :

 

1) Is this a business venture or just something that you wish to set up for fun? If it is a business venture that how do you plan to monetise the site?

 

2) Who and why will go to this forum? What will attract them and what is your strategy for keeping them coming back? How will you get from zero to critical mass in terms of number of registered users / active contributors ?

 

3) Is the forum to become a separate brand or is it affiliated to an existing business? If its a new brand, what is the brand all about?

 

It is fairly easy to spend some money and have some technology strung together and as if by magic you will have a forum all of your own... however you will be *on* your own too! There will be nobody using it :-)

 

You may already have answers to the above three questions, in which case if you wish to let me know N3W would be very happy to string together the technology for you.
