Found this tool online, not sure if it's any good or not, it seems to work though, whether them sites have a good PR or not Im not too sure.

PS. Does anyone know how to find out a site's PR? I tried using Alexa and searched Google and it came up with a PR of 0, I tried quite a few other big websites and they all came up 0, is there any other sites that allow you to find out a websites traffic / PR?
