Nice and clean design, but it looks to me like some corporate office website, not a like a creative agency. I'd expect something more colorfull from a creative agency. Something that would wow me. Try using more fibrant colors.

Get rid of the Intro, it shows nothing about you.

the server has a link to the Naked Womens Wrestling League, so all missing links get directed to their page. I have fixed all those links nw. Please help me find a good icon set i can use for my navigation bar

I agree, flash intros are always "skipped"....server redirects to naked women's wrestling?

... but you want someone else to find you an icon set?
