Hi Longstone,

I think free hosting generally implies that you are gonna have to host ads so that the hosting company makes some money. I tried Brinkster a few years back as they had an "Education" package which was free but limited. My advice would be look to someone like Fasthosts who offer packages for £5 a month. Linux is almost always cheaper and it doesn't mean you have to know loads about Linux to use and get a site up and running.

Good luck

Hello,

I'm the owner of The Legion Host and we can provide you with an ad-free hosting package if you are interested.

You'd get 200 MB disk-space and 2 GB bandwidth with this package. It'd also come with cPanel as standard.

We are looking to build up our client base, hence why we're offering free hosting.

Please PM me for the order link. :)

Thanks,

Tristan Perry

why go free?

You can get proper hosting now without havign to pay a bomb

Again why go free????
